At Lumora, we believe that great food brings people together. Our journey began with the opening of our first outlet in July 2026 in Raipur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, with a vision to create memorable dining experiences through exceptional cuisine, warm hospitality, and outstanding service.

Lumora is founded by Ramraj Bhandari and Chef Tejendar Singh, two passionate hoteliers with nearly three decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Since beginning their careers in 1996, they have built an impressive legacy by working with some of the world’s most prestigious luxury hotel brands, including The Park, Shangri-La, The Leela, and Hyatt. Their expertise also extends to restaurant consulting, having successfully guided and developed numerous restaurant concepts across India and internationally.

Drawing on years of global culinary and hospitality experience, Lumora brings together authentic flavors, innovative recipes, and uncompromising quality under one roof.
